Wow! I could listen to Ana all the time, so calm, beautiful voice. The course is really great. Many materials, fun and easy to follow. This one is perfect for my needs. I really liked how short and precise the modules are. Just watch and do. I've started creating my own yoga sequences for my kids (7 and 8 y) and we all love them.

I am a preschool teacher, and I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. I must say that yoga really works for all kids, helping them enjoy peace and calm movements. I really like the course, and use it both in class and with my kids.

Go to bed NOW!!! is no longer an issue :) No more bedtime battles and wars, my kids sleep well and wake up in a good mood, ready for school. Of course it requires some work, but it’s actually fun, both for me and kids.
