I have always been strict with myself and my diet, which meant I deprived myself (a lot). I tried a few different 'diets' but none of them really worked unless I was willing to live on soup...until I found Raine! She not only reconnected me to the beauty of my body, and helped me to drop the 'perfect' thing I had going on, but she also showed me how to eat with love and actually enjoy my food again. She has been an enormous source of inspiration and grounding for me, her recipes are delicious and easy, but most importantly I am no longer obsessive about this part of my life. Hi Raine hope you're having an amazing week. I have to tell you I'm feeling so good just cutting out wheat, really feel like I have so much more energy and a lot lighter. Also not calorie counting has made me feel so much less anxious overall! I can't believe how these small changes have made such a huge impact on me. Daily Positive affirmations I make such a point of too, still find myself slipping back sometimes but I'm so aware of it and I think that's what makes such a difference!

Where do I begin? Raine I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your knowledge with us and for putting yourself out there to help people like me. I have started to feel the love in my cooking again, and have loved experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, added to that, watching the ripple effect it has had on those close to me brings a smile to my face. The course content is excellent, extremely informative and authentic, I love that. Also the slogan "how to cook with love", is an excellent, spot-on short description of what to expect. Cooking has been such a hard slog in the past, and it's not that the physical effort is less, but the heart attitude now brings love and happiness knowing I'm looking after my family's nutritional needs, and it's a love offering to them as well as to myself. I had a real slow start when I first bought the course, but I learned to have grace, compassion and love for myself, and what better way to thank your body for serving you, and showing yourself love, than to feed it delicious, nutrient rich food that also feeds the soul. I feel so much more enlightened and able to make the right choices now, without feeling like I'm depriving myself of anything. Oh Raine, I can honestly say How to Eat with Love has been the best investment I have made for 2020, no rather the best investment I have made in myself in a really long time! This course has been a game changer for me! The past 8 weeks have yielded so many unexpected, good changes: I don't have bouts of sadness anymore, my skin has cleared up in areas that have been problematic for years, I have ENERGY!!! Meet the course author
Raine Dunn
Raine Dunn grew up in a foodie family and by her teen years was an avid cook. She pursued this passion by attending The Prue Leith College of Food and Wine, and subsequently working as a sous chef. She then transitioned from the world of food into a vastly different career - modeling. By the end of 8 years of working professionally in this industry she had developed an eating disorder. It was the experience of pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding which instilled in her an awe for the human body, and set her on the journey to fully healing her relationship with food and with her body. She started a blog to share her journey and her recipes, and later published a cookbook (on which this course is based) and did catering for retreats.
In line with her passion for loving and respecting the body she became a Pilates instructor and yoga teacher. This later transitioned into modalities more focused on metaphysical and whole-person healing, including meditation, breathwork, energy healing and sound healing. Raine is a polymath and today continues to pursue her varied interests and her passion for continued learning.
