Mana Mei
Mana Mei is a professional dancer, performer, and leader in the Art of Feminine Embodiment. As the founder of Liberation Through Movement, she helps women reconnect with their inner power through embodied dance and intentional movement. With over 20 years of classical dance experience and 10 years exploring non-traditional techniques, Mana believes in the transformative and healing power of movement. She creates sacred spaces and rituals, guiding others to live authentically and freely.
