I really enjoyed this course. I have never expected such things as a bellydance can be splitted to atoms like in this course. Each video teaches you one particular thing. So after completing you will know all the foundation and techniques and can proceed to more advanced courses and classes with confidence.

I absolutely enjoyed learning belly dance with this course. In fact, my mom has joined me after she saw how much fun it is learning something new at home just using the laptop. Oh boy, we had so much fun and laughters. Great bonding moment, I hope everyone will have great time like we did with belly dance for beginners course.

I was a bit concerned before purchasing this course because there are so many courses out there. After some debates I decided to get this one and I feel like I made the right choice. Maybe I would want it to be a little longer, but maybe it's just me. In fact, course is great with detailed lessons of staples of bellydance. Totally recommended for beginners.

For the amount of time I spent on free lessons of belly dance art I would pay twice the price of this course if I was to find it earlier. Loved the teacher, loved the structure of the course. I learned and mastered elements and can't wait for authors next, more advanced course.

Girls, I have to tell something really important. Belly dance will not only be a great hobby, but also it gives huge self-esteem boost. I want to say thank you to the Naama, the author of this course. I enjoyed it a lot, learned new type of dance and seem like I also discovered several muscles that I never knew existed before. Great course, clear instructions, very positive energy of the teacher. Every single lesson is useful, no useless blabla. I did not know anything about performing belly dance and for me was useful to learn what to do and what NOT to do. High score!

Fantastic course, I can't imagine better way to explain everything for newbies than here. Had tons of fun watching videos and learning. After two weeks I feel more toned. For me it is a great addition to just getting a new hobby. I recommend this for everyone who wishes to learn something fun and unusual, find a source of joy and destress after work at home with not much time spent on it.

Oriental dance is not only about the beauty of movement. It is a huge benefit for the whole female body. Strengthening the spine and back muscles, improve posture, flexibility and plasticity. Due to the active movements of the pelvis, oriental dance improves the work of the intestines, activates metabolism. This affects the condition of the skin and the whole body. Naama
Naama is a very successful Pilates and Bellydance Teacher based in the UK.
She is also a nutritionist and specialises in pain management and remedial exercises. Naama has been teaching Pilates and Bellydancing for 10 years online and in person and has been performing in various events in London.
Naama herself never stops to learn and progress, taking part in workshops with master teachers from all over the world, taking part in international festivals and keeps improving her dancing and teaching skills. Even experienced students work with Naama to improve their strength, balance, core muscles and fluidity.
Naama has a group of her advance students and they perform in various events and shows. Many started with an online course and then joined Naama to her live zoom classes and they never looked back.
