After a bit of confusion on getting logged into the website I found my class on rhythmic neurogymnastics and so far I really like it. I am challenged even in the first 2 sessions which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad that I will always have access to this course because I can see myself going back to it over and over. Thank you fullofmind.com staff for your patience in helping me login. Marion

Why choose this course?
In our world, everything is aimed at simplifying work, and everything is automated. However, many scientists who study brain and neuroscience say that the brain needs to be given complex tasks and challenges in order for it to develop. This is what Rhythmic Neuro Games is dedicated to.
It is a set of games that you can play at any time. It is based on the art, called body percussion. It's like drumming but instead of a drum you have your own body. The method created by Alex Ostapenko is playful and deep at the same time. You'll know how to use your right and left hands independently. Everything starts from very simple games and gradually comes to quite complex combinations.
So, if you are ready to
- Develop concentration, memory and mental flexibility;
- Energize and recharge yourself;
- Develop creativity and thinking out of the box;
- Learn unusual exercises for body coordination;
- Improve ability to receive and learn new information;
- Improve sense of rhythm;
